I Support CCT but NOT Widening I-270
Today, Senator Rob Garagiola sent a letter to the Maryland State Highway Administration. Although I am in full support of CCT advocacy, I'm not on-board with the widening of I-270 for numerous reasons.
Unfortunately, my staff and I missed the part of this letter (about half-way down the page) which calls for the widening of I-270. So I signed the letter without noticing that statement. That was a mistake. For this reason I have to retract my name from this letter now.
I sincerely apologize for this misunderstanding... especially to Senator Rob Garagiola who drafted this letter and asked me to sign it.
